RETURNS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES
We follow Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. To request a return for a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with your order details and a description of the issue (photos may be requested). Once approved, we will advise the next steps for either return postage or resolution. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from within Australia, wherever we currently are on the road. We use Australia Post as well as other reputable couriers where necessary. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is made. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been lodged with the carrier.
